Huntly helps you discover job openings that fit your CV, prepares tailored CV drafts for your review, and notifies you in Telegram. Huntly is not an employer, employment agency, or recruiter, and it does not represent you to any company. You decide whether and how to apply.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction and legally able to work in the markets you pursue. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login providers secure, and for activity under your account.

You keep ownership of your CV and other material you upload. You grant Huntly the permission needed to process that material so we can match jobs, tailor drafts, and send alerts for you.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or material that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful to others.

Job listings originate outside Huntly. We do not verify every employer and cannot guarantee that a listing is accurate, still open, or legitimate. Matching scores and tailored drafts are aids to your judgement. Review everything before you apply or share personal information with an employer.

Huntly does not promise interviews, offers, or employment.

Free access includes core resume matching as described on the site. Paid plans unlock additional tools. Prices and features are shown on the pricing page before you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe. Access to paid features starts when payment is confirmed and may pause if a charge is disputed, refunded, or flagged as fraudulent.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal linked from your settings when Stripe billing is connected to your account.

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt Huntly or its integrations.
• Scrape the service in a way that harms other users or our systems.
• Use Huntly to send spam or to misrepresent who you are to employers.
• Bypass plan limits, billing controls, or security measures.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

We aim to keep Huntly available, but the service may change, pause, or stop without guarantee of uninterrupted access. We may update features, pricing, or these terms. Material changes to the terms will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huntly is provided "as is". We are not liable for hiring outcomes, employer conduct, third-party job boards, or losses that result from your reliance on matches or drafted documents. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in Finland have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
